YOGA TO MANAGE YOUR MOOD

In this workshop we will explore breathing techniques, easy postures and guided meditations to help in managing your mood based on LifeForce Yoga techniques.
We will learn:
· Pranayama (breathing techniques) that help regulate the emotions
· Creating positive Intentions
· Gentle Asana (guided postures)
· Learn to use mantras (chanting sound, word or phrases)
· LifeForce Yoga Chakra clearing meditation
· LifeForce Yoga Nidra
This workshop is available to all levels and no yoga experience is necessary. We will end the workshop and practice with time for tea and discussion, and there will be handouts for you to take away so that you can use the techniques learned in class at home.
