The pelvic floor, is the group of muscles from the front of the pelvis extending to the coccyx in the back, and are responsible for supporting the pelvic organs that rest upon it.
.In this Sampler:
· Learn about the muscles of the pelvic floor and how to engage them
· Discuss pelvic floor issues like incontinence and prolapse of organs
· The difference between a Hyper and Hypo pelvic floor
· Exercises to help tone the pelvic floor
This workshop is available to all levels and no yoga experience is necessary. We will end the workshop and meditation with time for tea and discussion.
